Aligners Attachment Appointment

Appointment for current or former patient to replace 1 clear retainer (upper or lower). For a second retainer or a different type of retainer ie: Hawley, please contact the office for pricing.

Removable Retainer Replacement

Appointment for a new patient to make a new removable retainer. We do not repair, replace or put on glued(fixed/permanent) retainers. This is for a Hawley or Clear plastic retainer only.  Price is starting fee for one Clear plastic retainer (upper or lower). Patient will receive the retainer within 3 days. 

Required records (x-ray and photos) are included.

For the moment, this is the ONLY service we provide for non-patients. We do not remove other orthodontist's appliances or repair them.

Appliance Bonding Appointment

Appointment to discuss Orthodontic treatment with either Traditional Braces or Clear Aligners.
This appointment may include a scan of the patient's teeth.
All financial information including insurance coverage will be discussed at this appointment.
This appointment includes the option to start treatment the same day.

Teen Orthodontic Treatment Consultation

You have been to our office before for a consultation but you want to come in to address more questions or concerns before committing to starting treatment.

Re-Consultation (Not-Second-Opinion)

Appointment with Dr. Lindsay to discuss interceptive treatment for our younger patients who have many baby teeth still remaining.  Usually recommended by the patient's pediatric dentist.
Expanders are a common option for this treatment. 
All financials including insurance coverage will be discussed at this appointment.
This appointment includes the option to start treatment the same day.

Phase 1 Interceptive Consultation Treatment (baby teeth still present)

Appointment for broken and/or pokey wires for current patients with our braces only.

Emergency wire visit (NOT RETAINERS)

This is the standard Clear Aligners or Invisalign appointment where the patient comes in, we evaluate progress, recommend wear time and hand aligners to. The appointment does not involve scans or records of any kind.
